Publishers

This is a list of publishers that have used the La Poste a Haiti image for their ads or have put their marks or names on the cards. Kunzli’s names is found on cards that they printed for publishers. Kunzli’s name is on cards that have actual postcard backing. The Lithographie Parisienne has its marking on many of the smaller advertising cards. The postcard types usually have an empty space bellow La Poste a Haiti for the sender to write.

78 publishers are known, plus another 24 whose cards have not been seen yet, making a total of 92 as of February 26th 2011.

The list below (partial) shows the BACS code for the reported publishers, the name of the publisher, when the Front and the Back of the card has been seen (an F and B), and an indication if the card is of the postcard/pc or advertising card/adv type.
